What’s Destiny 2 Lightfall Strand subclass?
Strand is a brand new subclass in Destiny 2 Lightfall (2023).
Destiny 2’s Beyond Light expansion introduced Stasis, the game’s first Darkness subclass, which offers players customizable Aspects and Fragments to enhance the usage of Stasis. The Witch Queen uses the Aspect and Fragment systems of Stasis to increase the original Light’s abilities of Void, Solar, and Arc.
And Lightfall, the final expansion, features the second Darkness subclass called Strand, which revolves around manipulating reality through an extra-dimensional matrix known as the Weave.
Strand subclass Destiny 2 allows players to grapple with environmental traits or other characters, resulting in new forms of movement. Each Guardian will also have a new subclass based on Strand, thus having new special skills.

How to master Strand Destiny 2 with Tangle
In Destiny 2’s Lightfall expansion, players will have access to the Strand subclass and its notable ability, Tangle, which can be mastered as they progress through the story.
After hitting enemies with skills, a green orb (called Tangle) will appear on the ground and you can pick up it like other power orbs in the game.
Instead of embedding it, you can throw it at an enemy to deal significant damage, although not every enemy will disintegrate.
A well-timed melee attack after grappling with Destiny 2 Strand will often spawn a Tangle orb. This ability is a useful tool for taking down tough enemies.
What is Destiny 2 Lightfall Strand Meditation and how to get it?
In Destiny 2’s Lightfall expansion, players can find Strand Mediation while completing Vex Incursion Zone public events on Neptune. This uncommon currency can be used at Pouka Pond to unlock new grenades, Aspects, and Fragments for the Strand subclass, and here’s how to get it:
To obtain Strand Mediation, players must participate in open Vex Incursion Zone events in Neomuna. Only owners of the Lightfall extension are eligible to take part in these activities.
In order to obtain the currency during the game, players must prevent the Vex from completing their invasion. The prize for completing the event is Strand Mediation, which can be found at the foot of the map.
Regardless of your performance in public Vex Incursion Zone events, Strand Meditations will descend from the chest. You can increase your power and versatility when using this new element by unlocking more Strand Aspects and Fragments with these rare currencies.
